My Approach
When parenting our children we are also parenting our inner child, we want the best for them but we also need to make the best for our inner child, we need to be aware of our areas for improvement, listen to the voice of your inner child, heal, thrive and create that special connection with your kids.
Time is our most expensive currency, use it well, create quality time with your loved ones, your kids and yourself, this can help you work on your energy and appreciate life in a different way, your dreams are possible.
Dream it
As parents we say that we will do anything for our kids, I’ll die for my kids, but what if the greatest sacrifice is living not dying, Would you dare to live?
